I tried a pet hair glove before and it didn't work. Why would this one?
Most "didn't work" results come from scrubbing back and forth, which drops the fur you've collected. Swipe one way with firm pressure (see the 3 steps above). And if it still doesn't work on your furniture, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return.
Does it work on carpet or just furniture?
Both — it's designed for carpet and upholstery alike. For a whole room, vacuum first and use the glove on what the vacuum leaves.
Will it pick up short, wiry dog hair?
Yes — the textured face grabs short, coarse hair as well as long fur. For very fine or wiry coats, firm pressure and short, one-direction strokes work best.
How do I clean it?
Peel the fur strip off with your fingers, then rinse the glove under the tap and let it air-dry.
How long does it last?
With normal use it holds up well over repeated sessions. If anything arrives damaged or defective, email support@petshiply.com right away and we'll make it right.
