Is the mist hot?
No — it's a cool, ultra-fine water mist, not hot steam. Safe for puppies, kittens, seniors, and sensitive skin.
Will it scare a nervous pet?
It's nearly silent — no motor whine, no hiss. For very anxious pets, start with the mist off for a session or two, then switch it on once they're settled.
Does it work on long AND short coats?
Yes. The rounded stainless pins reach through double coats to the undercoat, and glide over short coats without scratching skin.
What goes in the tank?
Plain tap water works perfectly. You can add a drop of pet-safe coat conditioner if you like — never essential oils.
How long does a charge last?
