Is it safe for puppies and senior pets?
Yes. The pins are rounded stainless steel and the mist is plain cool water — no heat, no chemicals. It's gentle enough for sensitive skin, puppies and senior pets.
What if my pet is nervous?
For the first session, use the brush without the mist and let them settle in. The brush is nearly silent — no motor hum, nothing that sounds like a hairdryer or vacuum. Most nervous pets relax within two or three sessions.
What goes in the tank?
Plain water. Top up the reservoir with the mini bottle included in the box — it takes seconds.
